I partnered with Jim Beam to develop this delicious cocktail, perfect for any holiday party!
As the cooler weather settled into Los Angeles, I stumbled upon some delightful apple-based cocktails that inspired me to create my own rendition of a quick and cozy winter drink. This delightful concoction will undoubtedly make its way onto my party menu every year. Its comforting flavors and easy preparation make it the perfect choice for any gathering, ensuring warmth and cheer with every sip.
Ingredients
makes 1 cocktail
- 4oz hard cider
- 2oz Jim Beam Apple
- 2 TBSP orange marmalade
- 2 parts water
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- apple and more rosemary for garnish
Directions
Measure out all ingredients into a small saucepan. Put over medium heat. Stir until everything is well-combined and warmed through thoroughly. Carefully pour into desired glass. Add a sprig of rosemary and apple for garnish.
Sip slowly and savor each moment, relishing the magic of this quick and cozy winter cocktail with Jim Beam Apple.
Notes:
- For a star-shaped apple slice, cut the apple in half horizontally with the stem and bottom on either side of the knife. Remove seeds, then slice as desired. Use a pairing knife to carefully cut the star points around the core in each slice.
- This would be an easily cocktail to prepare in larger batches, simply multiply the ingredients by how many you’d like to make.
- You can adjust the sweetness of the cocktail by adding more or less orange marmalade.
- If you prefer a stronger whiskey flavor, increase the amount of Jim Beam Apple in the recipe.
- For a non-alcoholic version, leave out the whiskey and substitute the hard cider for apple juice or NA cider.
